May Giveaway

I started a blog waaaaaay back in the day when I was in Jr. High. 

It was a livejournal blog. I did all sorts of cheesy 'what is your favorite brand of pencil' memes and surveys.

Two people followed it.

Blogging was not cool.

I actually kept that blog up and running until my first year of college. 

I got busy, and I forgot about it.

Then, in 2008 I started the blog that I now call

I share recipes, photos that I take, silly stories, embarrassing moments, the works.

I love it.

You can catch me whining about discussing my latest crushes on my Dear Boys posts.

I love lots of music. I will proudly admit to loving Justin Bieber. But, I also really love a wide variety of music. 

Anything from Sara Bareilles and Jamie Cullum to Weezer and Cake. 

Oh, and I have a deep and abiding love for Elvis Presley and I firmly believe that Michael Buble could sing the phone book and I'd listen.
