- What is your favorite meal? About once a week I get a sandwich from a little place down the street from Violet Hill called the Italian Place. Their name is a little deceiving because they actually don't serve any Italian food it's actually just sandwiches. They grill their sandwiches right in front of you with fresh ingredients and happy faces that always say hi and chit chat with me. Then after all the ingredients are grilled and seasoned they place them on a delicately soft baked roll it's delicious. I get a Beaver sandwich every time I go in...in fact I'm in there so much that when I come in they know my order.
- Do you have a dream job? You know my dream job growing up changed daily. I remember wanted to be an actress, or a news reporter, or a marine biologist and swim with Shamoo, or be a disney princess at Disneyland and be in the Fantasmic show (which is my FAVORITE show at Disneyland). I would say I'm living my dream job. I never in a million years thought I would have my own retail location, making jewelry and accessories and selling clothes that are my style. I feel like I'm living the dream. HOORAH for small business owners. BUY LOCAL!
- Tea or Coffee? I don't drink tea or coffee but every once in awhile I drink Chai. It's delicious and as long as it doesn't have black tea in I'm ok with drinking it. For those of you who don't know me very well or are getting to know me I'm LDS and I'm never without a cold Coke :) If you ever see me I'll probably have a Coke in my hand.
- Do you sleep with your sheets tucked in or out? I can't sleep with sheets! They make me feel clostrophobic and wake up in a scrambling panic. So to compensate for not sleeping under the sheets I sleep with a really soft blanket tucked near my face.
- What is your favorite condiment? Hmmmm this is hard...I would say Ketchup or the best.......FRY SAUCE!!!
- Do you consider tomatoes a fruit or a vegetable? :) Tomatoes to me are a veggie...even though I know it's a fruit...but when I say I want veggies on my sandwich they don't put all the veggies on and then ask if I want this piece of fruit {pointing to the tomato slices} on my sandwich...I'm just saying.
- What is your favorite way to chill out and relax? When I get home I lay down on the couch and turn on my favorite show and chill out and wind down. My favorite shows lately are Big Bang Theory, Parks and Recreation, New Girl, and Happy Endings, and last but not least the Jersey Shore...and one of my all time favorites The Office..It's never been the same though since Michael Scott left :(
- If you had a choice to vacation ANYWHERE with no limit on cost, where would you go and what would you do!? I've had a lot of time to think about this one and I honestly would want to go to India. I want to ride an elephant, learn how to bollywood dance, let a monkey sit on my shoulder, see the Taj Mahal, and meditate in a place like Julia Roberts did in Eat Pray Love the movie.
- What is your favorite Girl Scout cookie if you have had one? Thin mints. ALWAYS Thin mints. AAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLWWWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYSSSSSS thin mints. My favorite thing to do with them is make hot chocolate and dip them in it and place one at the bottom of my mug.
- Are you wearing anything Pink? I don't own a lot of pink. Growing up I was a tom boy and hated things that were girly...I still think I'm a little tom boyish with not owning a lot of pink in my closet.
- Do you have any guilty pleasures? When I have a really really really bad day I go to the grocery store and buy a little pint of Half Baked from Ben and Jerry's. THERE ARE SO MANY CALORIES in it but I love it so much.
