Social Media Anxiety

Sometimes I feel like I'm losing my mind. I get bored. Check my Facebook. Check the Violet Hill page. Then after about 5 mins I'll check my phone and look on instagram first mine @peoplecallmecourt then @vhboutique. Then after like 10 mins of that I go to my twitter account which honestly I'm still not that into yet. I dono why but me and tweets don't mesh. So after like 1 minute of that I spend 2 hours on pinterest!

I seriously feel like I have anxiety about it all. Am I the only one who feels this way? I feel like if I'm not on there I'm missing out for some reason.
Remember the days in school where you would pass folded up notes to your friends in the hall or dropped it off in your locker. Or the days when you wanted to talk to someone you would go over to their house sit down and have a good heart to heart.

Don't get me wrong I'm not bashing social media. I'm obviously a huge supporter...I just miss the days when it was more about face to face time.

Antiques fascinate me. This little peanut is a hidden treasure that I almost bought. Price wasn't right. But it made me happy. Logan, UT has some amazing antique stores.

This week I went in the radio station to record a RADIO AD! So if you live in utah be sure to check out 9.45 VFX next monday for our Violet Hill radio ad. 

I also found this pretty at Desert Industries. I stop by there regularly. Too often...I have a problem. 

I left a little surprise for my husband in the egg carton this week. He wakes up at the butt crack of dawn and I sleep in until way too late. So since I'm never up when he is I left some messages for his breakfast.

Sick...

Danger! Danger! Danger! Good thing you guys can't catch my cold through my blog I have been sick since Monday and yesterday was the worst. I wanted to die. I felt good in the morning. I got up early and went to some local yard sales...found some awesome finds. But then when I got to work I couldn't see straight or walk straight or even talk straight so I was sent home to recover. Today I'm still recovering.

I'm super bummed I wasn't able to go to the Snap Conference down at Thanksgiving Point in Utah. I almost preorder my ticket back in February and saw the price and was like well I better save up and when I got the money saved up it was sold out :( next time I'm just gonna put it on the credit card because that conference looked phenomenal!!!

So what did I learn this week? One take care of your body. Two when the opportunity is in front of you jump on it and three live and learn.
